The opportunity

How it works
- A member forwards unanswered calls to Teleden. When they can't pick up, their carrier forwards the call to their Teleden number.
- Teleden answers on their behalf. A friendly voice asks the caller to leave their phone number, the reason for the call, and the best time to call back.
- The caller is texted a link. Any caller who provides a number can be sent a link to set up a call themselves through our connect service.
- The member gets a private page. Every call appears in one place with the caller's number, the recording, an auto-generated transcript, and a one-click Call back.
- Call back in the browser. Click Call back and both parties drop into a browser call — no softphone, no app, no separate phone line.
